Present: Peggy Ruth Geren, Beth Fanning, Roxann Bustos, Jim Garvey, Andy Hauger, Wayne Mixon, Paul Harris, Bill Dodd, Barbara Coleman

1. The minutes of April 30 were approved.

2. Paul Harris was elected chair.

3. It was agreed that we will try to keep the 3 P.M. Monday time slot as a tentative meeting time for Fall.
