The Cullum subcommittee review report was distributed. The new Faculty Policies Committee will send it to Academic Policies.

Andy Hauger reported that an electronic committee preferences form has been sent to faculty and results are being returned. There is no need to add the Mandatory Student Fee committee to the form, as all members are already designated. The results of the form will be tallied electronically.

Chair's report - "It's been a good year." Paul will submit a written report. He will notify committee chairs that they have reports due, with copies to go to the FPC, VPAA and library.

Employee benefits statement at faculty meeting corrected by email from the president.

Part-time faculty issue has been taken care of. The FPC chair needs to remind chairs in the Fall.

Andy Hauger was elected unanimously as Chair of the Faculty Policies Committee for 2002-2003. Jeff Heck was elected unanimously as Secretary.

Work on a possible additional "spring break" for students will be continued next fall.

There are no more faculty meetings scheduled this year. The FPC will meet once more, Monday, April 29, from 2-3 p.m. to work on an employee benefits blurb. Meetings normally will occur from 3-4 p.m. on Mondays.
