Why have I been placed on Learning Support Dismissal?
You have been placed on Learning Support Dismissal for one of the following reasons:
- You did not complete Learning Support English or Reading within two (2) attempts or you did not comeplete Learning Support Math within three (3) attempts.
- You did not complete the non-exit level (0096/0097) course in Mathematics in two attempts.
Please note that a course in which you earn any grade other than a "W" counts as an attempt. (In other words, courses with grades of "S", "U", or "IP" count in your attempts.)
What are the consequences of being placed on Learning Support Dismissal?
The Board of Regents requires us to suspend you from Augusta State University for one year. During this time you are also ineligible for admission at all other schools within the University System of Georgia. (However, you may attend a non-system school provided you meet its admission requirements.)
