African-American Male Initiative

Purpose:

“The Winning Game Plan” is designed to give African-American Males the opportunity to earn college credit while learning basic skills for academic and social success in college. The program takes place on Augusta State’s campus weekdays from June 4 - June 29, 2012 from 9:00 am - Noon with occasional weekend events. Tuition, fees, and books for the program will be provided.

Requirements:

Student must meet the following requirements:

• African-American Male
• Spring 2012 high school graduate
• Has not earned college credit
• Plans to attend college full-time for the Fall 2012 semester

 

Deadline:

Completed applications are due April 30, 2012 by 4:30pm. Space is limited and applicants are encouraged to apply early. Priority will be given to applicants enrolling in Augusta State University for Fall 2012.
