learning new study and test-taking techniques.
STRESS AND TIME MANAGEMENT - A seminar discussing self-management
skills for students to reduce stress and gain more control in their life.
CHOOSING A CAREER - Students explore the career possibilities for the future and
discover how their personalities can affect their choice.
(The center also offers a career library for reference use.)
INDIVIDUAL COUNSELING - Provides students with an opportunity to discuss personal,
academic, and career concerns with a professional counselor.
(Students may also take advantage of interactive computer programs or a
range of individual assessment tests.)
