| The Homecoming 2008 theme "Turnin' up the Heat, Burnin' up the Court" could not be more appropriate. Augusta State men's and women's basketballs teams are ranked at No. 10 and No. 7 respectively. Homecoming festivities will begin on Monday, Feb. 11, and last all week long culminating with both basketball games on Saturday, Feb. 16. ASU alumni are encouraged to show their Jaguar Spirit and participate in the various Homecoming festivities. |

More than 60 employers will be offering part-time, full-time, co-op, internship and seasonal opportunities to ASU students and alumni. Graduate and professional schools will be in attendance. |
February 15
Educator Expo - 11 a.m.-2 p.m., Christenberry Fieldhouse. More than 60 school systems will be present recruiting for teaching and administrative positions in grades K-12 |
February 15
Bonfire/Pep Rally
6 p.m., University Village. The athletic teams, cheerleaders, dance team, and Pep band will showing their Jaguar spirit during the evening of food, music, and giveaways.
Alumni Annual Dinner and Awards Celebration
The Boathouse. This annual meeting is held to recognize outstanding alumni award recipients. For ticket information, call the Office of Development and Alumni Relations at 706-737-1759.
February 16
Athletics
Spirit Parade, Tailgate Party, Coronation Ceremony, and Basketball Game. Christenberry Field House. The parade will begin at 2 p.m. from the Sav-A-Lot parking lot on Wrightsboro Road and end at the Field House. The tailgate party begins at 2 p.m. with inflatable games for children and a cookout.
Women's Basketball 4 p.m.
Men's Basketball 6 p.m.

The Peach Belt Conference recently announced an agreement with Penn Atlantic to stream all PBC men's and women's basketball games with live audio and video webcasts.
