Can I pick up my diploma early?
Pick up time for diplomas will only be between 4:00 p.m and 7:00 p.m., Saturday May 10th.  Graduates will also receive their complimentary alumni association membership information packet.

Can I pick up my diploma after Saturday?
Diplomas may not be picked up after the graduation reception.  All diplomas will be returned to the Registrar’s office and mailed in a cardboard tube to your address on file.  Please make sure that your mailing address is up to date with the Registrar’s office.

How long is Graduation?
Graduation lasts approximately two and a half hours beginning at 10:00 a.m. and ending around 12:30 p.m.  The graduation ceremony is held at the James Brown Arena in downtown Augusta.
