ASU Student Chapter of the ACM<br>
Minutes, March 3, 2003 <br>
Minutes from the last meeting were approved as submitted.<br>
Website report &#8211; Mary Richardson is working on it<br>
Linux drive &#8211; Jason will check with professors to try and determine when 
the best time would be to have the Linux drive, what do we want to teach or talk 
about at the drive, how to get acad2 from home.<br>
T-shirt sale &#8211; Jason had some ideas but we are still working on it and are 
looking for suggestions.<br>
Intramurals &#8211; softball season cancelled due to construction near the site.<br>
Computer help column for the Bell Ringer is still being researched.<br>
ACM Speakers &#8211; We need to decide who we want to come ASAP.<br>
New Business<br>
Demonstration of LabView in electronics lab (NSB E3033) on 3/14/03 &#8211; many 
of Dr. Medley&#8217;s 3500 attended and Jason conducted the demo which went very 
well. <br>
Let people know we are flexible about when we can have ACM meetings.<br>
Year end report for Student Activities &#8211; if anyone has suggestions for improvement 
or how we can do things differently, please let Jason know. We can submit this 
information.<br>
