YouTube Contest Winner Announced The university’s first YouTube contest ended today when a panel of judges and audience voting selected the top three winners. Online YouTube voting had narrowed the 43 entries down to 10, which were then voted on at a noontime program in the Jaguar Student Activities Center ballroom. The judges panel included Cree Walker Professor of Communication Steve Clements; Barbara Coleman, associate dean of the Hull College; Eddie Howard, director of student activities; and Randle Berlin, ITS and local DJ. Dr. Joyce Jones, vice president for student affairs, emceed the program, and the winners were announced by President William A. Bloodworth, Jr. The top three videos were awarded cash prizes in the amounts of $500, $250, and $100. The winners are listed below, including links to their videos.
