Lady Jaguars won its first match in Peach Belt Conference Tennis Tournament, as
they defeated the USC Aiken Lady Pacers 5-4
ASU's Ana Skafar, Patricia Zurita and Hayley Bakker each picked up straight-set wins in singles action. Skafar defeated Maria Romo 6-2, 6-3, Zurita defeated Nicole Copp 6-3, 6-3 and Bakker defeated Erika Eles 7-6, 7-5. Janie Toole of ASU added another win, with a three-set win over Heather Thornton, 2-6, 6-4, 7-5.
USC Aiken's Dominique Cassetori defeated Melissa Bruzzee 6-2, 6-2, while Otavia Bastos defeated ASU's Patricia Lozano 3-6, 6-2, 6-4 to pick up two singles wins. The Lady Pacers took two of three doubles matches.
