Jaguar Netters Split With USC Aiken
ASU men improve to 12-2 on season

AUGUSTA,
Ga. -- The Augusta State men's tennis team improved to 12-2 on the season
Thursday with a 7-2 Peach Belt Conference win over USC Aiken at Newman Tennis
Center.
The Jaguars claimed all three doubles matches and won four of six in singles.
Raul Intriago and Victor Meza combined for an 8-5 doubles win, and each won
their singles matchup. Lindy Blount teamed with Harry Hahn for an 8-4 doubles
win and Blount picked up a 6-1, 6-1 singles victory.
The ASU women's tennis team fell to the Lady Pacers 8-1. The Lady Jags' Sara
Jegat claimed the only ASU win at No. 1 singles (6-3, 6-4).
ASU is back in action on Saturday, March 12 when the two teams battle Francis
Marion at 2 p.m. at Newman Tennis Center.
