Fla – The University of North Florida
swept Peach Belt Conference rival Augusta State today at the UNF Tennis Complex.Both men and women only lost one match in the day. The Lady Ospreys dropped the first doubles match before finishing with eight straight wins and ended the day 8-1. It took the Jaguars most of the day before being able to slip by the Ospreys, the men also ended the day 8-1.
UNF men’s tennis improved its record to 11-1 and maintains a # 4 ranking in the national pools. The lady Ospreys ranked 9th in the Nation moved to 6-3 for the season. Both teams will be in action again on Sunday March 14 against PBC USC Spartanburg at 10:30 a.m. in the UNF Tennis Complex.
