| Jaguar senior named conference's Runner of the Week |

AUGUSTA, Ga. --
Augusta State’s Kristyn Holley was named the Peach Belt Conference’s Runner of the Week Monday afternoon, according to an announcement from the league office.
The award is the second of the season for Holley, a senior from North Augusta, S.C. She finished third at the Georgia Collegiate Championships on Saturday, Sept. 29, covering the 5K course in 19:42, her best 5K time at a multi-team event this year. She was the highest PBC finisher in the race and turned in her fifth straight top-20 and second top-five result this season. She also helped the Jaguars to a second-place finish in the 13-team field, coming in second only to Division I Mercer by eight points.
Holley picked up the first victory of her Jaguar career on Saturday, Sept. 1 when she posted a time of 19:32 and won the Blue & White Alumni Meet on the Forest Hills campus of Augusta State.
ASU travels to Orlando, Fla., this weekend to compete in the Walt Disney World Cross Country Classic. The race is slated for Saturday, Oct. 6 at 8:55 a.m.
