AUGUSTA, Ga. – The Augusta State men’s basketball squad closes out its exhibition schedule Tuesday night when the Jaguars take on Alabama at 8:00 p.m., (Eastern) at Coleman Coliseum in Tuscaloosa, Ala.

The contest will mark the first of two games in two days for the Jaguar basketball programs. The Lady Jaguars travel to Columbia on Wednesday, Nov. 11 to meet South Carolina at 7:00 p.m., in Colonial Life Arena.

ASU opened its preseason slate on Wednesday, Nov. 4 when the Jags topped Aiken Tech 83-52 in Christenberry Fieldhouse behind 18 points from senior forward Alex Smith.

The Lady Jags tipped off their 2009-10 schedule on Sunday, Nov. 8, falling 92-50 at UAB. Junior guard Blaire Egardo paced ASU with 12 points.
