GREENWOOD, S.C. --
Augusta State will host an NCAA Selection Show on Sunday, March 4 at 9:00 p.m. in the ballroom of the Jaguar Student Activities Center (JSAC) on the Walton Way campus.
The Jaguars, regular-season champions of the Peach Belt Conference Tournament, are expected to receive their first NCAA Tournament bid since the 2001-02 season. The field will be officially announced at 10:30 p.m. on a live webcast at www.ncaasports.com.
ASU, ranked 17th in the nation, improved to 23-5 and advanced to the Peach Belt Conference Tournament semifinals with a 91-82 victory over Georgia College & State in the quarterfinals Friday afternoon at Finis Horne Arena. ASU will face 25th-ranked Clayton State at 6:00 p.m.
