COLUMBUS, Ga. – Tenth-ranked
Columbus State jumped out to an
early lead with three doubles
victories and went on to a 5-0 win
over No. 18 Augusta State in the
second round of the NCAA Southeast
Regional at Blackmon Tennis Center.
The victory lifted Columbus State to
a 17-4 overall record, while the
Jaguars’ season came to a close at
14-7.

COLUMBUS, Ga. – Augusta State
claimed two of three doubles matches
Thursday afternoon en route to a 5-1
victory over USC Aiken in the
opening round of the NCAA Southeast
Regional at Blackmon Tennis Center.
With the win, the 18th-ranked
Jaguars improved to 14-6 on the
season and will advance to take on
regional host and 10th-ranked
Columbus State (16-4) on Friday
morning at 9:00 a.m. The No. 26
Pacers closed their season with an
11-12 overall record.
