Tifton, Ga. -- The Augusta State Women’s tennis team swept both matches Sunday Mar. 2, on the campus of Abraham-Baldwin. ASU played the University of Tampa first downing them 8-1 and then took on ABAC defeating them 7-2.

In singles, Fernanda Chiaparini went 2-0 on the day, as well as Bianca Machado, Camila Correa and Giovanna Fensterseifer. The women went 5-1 in both matches of the day.

For doubles, the Ladies swept the University of Tampa 3-0 and went 2-1 with ABAC. The Lady Jaguars improved to 8-1 on the season.
