AUGUSTA, Ga. -- The Augusta State Women’s tennis team traveled to Pembroke N.C. on Sunday afternoon for a Peach Belt Conference matchup against UNC Pembroke. ASU took the match against the Braves 9-0. The Men hosted Johnson C. Smith on Monday Mar. 17, sweeping them 9-0.

The Jags' Nathalia Rodrigues, ranked #39, added yet another singles win to her season with a 6/4 6/2 victory over UNC Pembroke's Linda Tatala-Colins. The Lady netters improved to 13-2 on the season, 3-2 in the PBC.

On the Men’s side, Sergi Mullor defeated Jason Stuckey, booking another season win in singles along with a doubles victory with Igor Vasconcellos. ASU improved to 11-5 on the season.

The Lady Jags return to action Tuesday afternoon when they host Drury College at 3:00 pm. The men will return to play Wednesday Mar. 19 when they play host to Barton College. First Serve is set for 3:00 p.m. at Newman Tennis Center.
