Jags pick up conference wins over Saints

DAHLONEGA, Ga. -- The Augusta State Jaguars downed the North Georgia Saints in a Peach Belt Conference match up Saturday, March 22, in Dahlonega, Ga.

For the Women, they bounced back from a hard loss to the Lakers to defeat the Saints 9-0 in Conference play. This is their eighth sweep of the season moving them to 15-4 and 4-3 in the PBC.

For the Men, the Jags went 4-2 in singles and 2-1 in the doubles contests, making them 6-3 on the day. With the win, ASU moves to 13-5 and 2-3 in the PBC.

The ASU netters are back in action Tuesday, March 25 in a Peach Belt Conference matchup against the USC Aiken at the Newman Tennis Center. The matches begin at 3:00 p.m.
