AUGUSTA, Ga. -- The Augusta State netters received regional and national rankings in the latest Intercollegiate Tennis Association polls. The Lady Jaguars are 16-5 overall and 5-4 in the Peach Belt Conference, while the men stand at 14-6 and 3-4 in the PBC.

For the women, ASU is ranked sixth in the region. Nathalia Rodrigues leads the Jags in singles ranked at 14th in the region and ninth in the region with doubles partner Fernanda Chiaparini.

The Lady Jags are also ranked 26th in the national poll, up five spots from last year’s poll.

On the Men’s side, the ASU netters received a ninth place regional ranking with Sergi Mullor leading the Jags for singles in the fourth position.

The men's team is also ranked 31st in the national poll, while Mullor is ranked 13th.

The Jaguar netters look to close out their regular season on Monday, April 14 when they travel to Milledgeville to take on Georgia College and State University at 2:00 p.m.
