DAHLONEGA,
Ga. – Augusta State swept a pair of Peach Belt Conference tennis matches from North Georgia on Tuesday afternoon at the North Georgia Tennis Complex.
The women’s team took down North Georgia 7-2, while the Jaguar men’s team topped the Saints 8-1.
With the win, the men’s tennis team improved to 9-5 overall and 3-5 in the PBC, while the women’s team improved to 11-6 on the season and 6-5 in the conference.
Both ASU squads are back in action on Friday, April 2, when they travel to Florence, S.C., when they take on Francis Marion in a Peach Belt Conference match. First serve is set for 2:00 p.m.
