AUGUSTA, Ga. – The No. 12 Clayton State women’s tennis team defeated No. 29 Augusta State 5-0 in the first round of the Peach Belt Conference Championships on Friday in Jonesboro, Ga.

The Lady Jaguars dropped to 13-9 overall, while Clayton State improved to 14-7 on the season

In double play, Clayton State took all three matches.

In singles play, the Lady Lakers won two of the six matches to claim the win while four matches failed to finish. (Women's Results)
