AUGUSTA, Ga. - Augusta State’s season opener with Alderson-Broaddus has been cancelled due to inclement weather.

The Lady Jags were scheduled to play Alderson-Broaddus in a doubleheader at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday and then take on West Virginia Wesleyan in a Sunday twinbill at 2:00 p.m., in Aiken, S.C.

Augusta State will open their 2010 season on Wednesday, Feb. 10, when they travel to Wingate, N.C., to take on Wingate in a non-conference doubleheader at 1:00 p.m.
