The scroll on the left identifies the figure as "SANTVS ELIXEO." This is probably the prophet Elisha, whose Greek name is Elissaios. The Artist, according to the Michelin guide to Croatia, is Anthony of Padua, an Istrian painter. The dating is also provided by Michelin.
