This episode is in Book 5 of the Book of Tobit, one of the deuterocanonical books in the Catholic Bible. The blind Tobit commissions Raphael to guide his son Tobiah on a mission to collect a debt. The image here shows Raphael as an angel, but in the story he appears to father and son as an ordinary young man.
