The Last Judgment Tympanum at Notre

This is a nineteenth
century restoration of a thirteenth century original. The upper
portion is a Dëesis with angels
holding the cross and spear. The middle portion is a psychostasy -- St. Michael and the
devil weighing souls (see detail).
The lower register shows the resurrection
of the body (see detail).
