The Ecstasy of St. Teresa

18th century
Sculpture
Chapel of St. Teresa, Church of Santa Maria della Scala, Rome

I presume this work to be from the 18th century because the companion piece in the same chapel (a  stucco image of St. Teresa's ascension to Heaven) is by the 18th century artist Filippo della Valle.  Literature at the church identifies the Ecstasy as the one work of one "Mr. Slotez Michelangelo," a name I have been unable to trace.
