This includes financial aid awarded under the provision of Title IV of the Higher Education Act of 1965 as amended. You understand that, should you prove to be ineligible for all or any portion of such financial aid, or should the amount of available credit be reduced as the result of an increase in charges for tuition and fees, any unpaid balance will be due and payable immediately. Furthermore, any credit for the return of articles purchased in this manner will not be refunded in cash, but will instead be applied to your student account.
