The ASU Bookstore is happy to buy your books!

Although the ASU Bookstore buys books every weekday, the best time to sell your books is at the end of each semester during final exams week. Check campus publications and the campus Pipeline for Buy Back dates.

How to sell your books at the ASU Bookstore:

Bring us your books:

• In current edition
• In good resalable condition with covers, pages and binding intact and without excessive highlighting.

We pay you 50% of the selling price during the days of exams:

• When the book will be used by a professor for the upcoming semester at ASU.
• When the bookstore is not over-stocked

A used book dealer will pay you the full national market value:

• When the book is not being used on the ASU campus
• When the bookstore is over-stocked
• When there is a national demand for your book

Simply Stated...

If the ASU Bookstore can re-sell your book, you will recieve 50%, if not, a used book dealer may purchase your books and sell them to other campuses. Thier values are based on national demand for the title.
