The ASU Business Office provides financial services for the University and is a part of the Business Operations Team under the direction of The Vice President of Business Operations, Dan Whitfield. We are responsible for all accounting and payroll functions for the University. The Business Office strives to support the University's mission by making available accurate and timely student account information, collecting and processing payments, issuing refunds, ensuring timely deposit of University funds, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Financial Aid Disbursements, Student Loan Administration and Collection, Travel Expense Reimbursement, Petty Cash and other business functions. Our mission will be accomplished through sound financial procedures and controls while maintaining strict compliance with all State and Federal guidelines.
