Full-time Faculty members are paid on a 10 month contract, receiving paychecks on the last business day of each month starting in August and ending in May.

Part-time Faculty members and Graduate Assistants are paid four times a semester, receiving paychecks on the last business day of each month starting in January and ending in April.

Direct Deposit Rules
If you have provided incorrect information to At Your Service, with actual paperwork given to the Payroll Department /HR Department the following may be true:

1. Your pay will be returned back to ASU due to that incorrect information.
2. Your pay will not be returned to you until the following regularly scheduled payroll.
3. If the error is the fault of ASU, your money will be given back to you in the form of a live check as soon as the returned funds have been credited back to our account.
