    Travel Information

Please submit ONE of following PRIOR to traveling for Augusta State University:

• An approved Travel Request Form if the employee WILL NOT be reimbursed any expenses.
  • The original form must be signed, approved and submitted to the Travel Office prior to the travel date.
    
• An approved Travel Authorization Form submitted online if the employee will be reimbursed any expenses.
  • The employee must log into their account.
  • This form must be approved prior to the travel date.
