    Travel Information

Please submit the following PRIOR to traveling for Augusta State University:

• An approved Travel Authorization Form, whether or not the employee will be reimbursed for any expenses.
  • The original form must be signed, approved, and submitted to the Travel Office prior to the travel date.
  • If the employee WILL BE reimbursed for expenses, an original Travel Expense Statement must be signed approved, and submitted to the Travel Office after returning.
