Welcome to the pages of Campus Development at Augusta State University. Here, you will find access to the information that make up the university's master plan for the future. ASU's principle objective is providing a quality education for people. In the campus development office, we are chartered with orchestrating the growth and improvement of campus facilities to best enable this education. These facilities include academic buildings, intercollegiate sports facilities, student housing and recreational facilities.

At 78 acres, the main campus on Walton Way is almost complete in its ability to grow or modernize. We serve a capacity of 7,000 students today, with a tremendous need to grow in our ability to educate more. The only way we can grow in our capacity is to build a second campus, which we are in the beginning stages of today.
