Information for newly admitted Graduate Students in Special Education, Educational Leadership or Counselor Education

Once you are admitted you will automatically have a student I.D # assigned to you which will be included in your official acceptance letter.

Your ASU email address will be: username@aug.edu CHECK YOUR CAMPUS E-MAIL REGULARLY, this is our official way to contact you!

Once you have your username, you can click here to log into Pipeline (the system that allows you to send and receive email and to register).

Your default password is your birthday in 6-digit format.

How to Register for Classes

Note: New graduate students are not allowed to pre-register per Dr. Richard Harrison, Dean. Your first semester, you will need to wait until regular registration. However, you may meet with your advisor at any time.

Meet with your advisor in person at your earliest opportunity to fill out a program of study. Once your advisor gets to know you he or she may feel comfortable advising you via phone or e-mail. Click here for a list of advisors.

Note: GRADUATE students no longer require Term PIN numbers (as of Spring 2008 priority registration).

To Register

• Log in to Pipeline with your username and password.
• Click on the "Elroy" tab.
• Click on "Student and Financial Aid"
• Click on "Registration"

If you need help logging in, please contact the computer services helpdesk at 737-1676.

Additional appointment times can be scheduled though your advisor or s/he may be able to 
advise you via phone or e-mail.
