Advising Procedures - Alternate Term Pin Numbers

James M. Hull College of Business

Undergraduate Students

Office of Undergraduate Advising - Allgood Hall N117 - 737-1566

All undergraduate pre-business and business majors (unless in Learning Support) must be advised in person prior to registration each semester in order to be given their Alternate Term Pin Numbers (ELROY will prompt you for this number after when you click on the Registration Link via Pipeline).  The Alternate Term Pin Numbers change each semester but are valid throughout registration, final registration and schedule adjustment for the specified term.  We recommend that you keep a copy of your schedule sheet with your alternate term pin number on it in case you need to make any changes to your schedule later on.  The Alternate Term Pin Number is not required to access ELROY for checking grades, checking Financial Aid status, printing your schedule, etc.

Since we do not give out Alternate Term Pin Numbers over the phone or by email, you need to come to the Office of Undergraduate Advising – James M. Hull College of Business in Room N117Allgood Hall before your scheduled registration time.  You are strongly encouraged to come in for advising several weeks prior to the registration week (appointments suggested) in order to be prepared to register as soon as you become eligible so you will have the best choice of class times. During the advising session, I will discuss and approve your completed schedule work sheet, make suggestions for alternates, give you the appropriate term pin number and make a copy of your schedule for our file.  For further information, contact Sherry Moore - smoore@aug.edu or 737-1566.
