A study of the theory and practices of administrative management and
an introduction to organization behavior and organization theory.
Uses a systems approach to emphasize the interdependence of social, technical
and structural inputs to the organization. |
LEARNING OUTCOMES:
The principal learning outcomes of this course are to have each student
develop and demonstrate knowledge and basic skills related to:

ethics and international management

The planning process to include planning, goal setting, decision making
and strategy formulation and implementation

teams, culture and change

Behavioral science including motivation, group dynamics, leadership, and
communication
