Welcome to the web site for the Department of Communications and Professional Writing at Augusta State University! We offer programs in all forms of communications, both human and media. We offer courses in basic communications skills and in legal, theoretical and historical aspects of the field. Not only can you learn how to make a film, write a newspaper story, plan a public relations campaign, or understand someone from another country, you can learn how those kinds of communications affect society, and how society affects communications.
