Sample Controlled Asset Inventory Sheet

A Controlled Asset Inventory Sheet will allow you track those items in your department that are not tracked in Peoplesoft. This is particulalry helpful in the event of a theft. Below is only a suggested format, however at a minimum, please include; Description, Location, Make, Model, Serial Number (if available) Purchase Date, Original Cost, and photo (if available).
