This is a presentation made before a live audience of people in the manufactured housing business, but the concepts relate to all organizations. Mr. Snow spent over 20 years with Walt Disney World and is now a training consultant in the customer service arena.

The presentation will be shown 4 times – all at 9 AM in the JSAC Coffee house.
