New Grad Admits

Once you are admitted you will automatically have a Student I.D. number assigned to you which will be included in your official acceptance offer.
To look up your username, click HERE. Your GRU e-mail address will be: username@gru.edu. CHECK YOUR CAMPUS E-MAIL REGULARLY. This is our official way to contact you!
Once you have your username, you can click HERE to log into MyASU. (The system that allows you to send and receive e-mail and to register) Your default password is your birthday in 6-digit format.
How to Register for Classes
Note: New graduate students are not allowed to pre-register. Your first semester, you will need to wait until regular registration. However, you may meet with your advisor at any time.
Meet with your advisor in person at your earliest opportunity to fill out a program of study. Once your advisor gets to know you he or she may feel comfortable advising you via phone or e-mail. Click HERE for a list of advisors.
Note: GRADUATE students no longer require Term PIN numbers (as of Spring 2008 priority registration).
To Register
Log in to MyASU with your username and password.
Click on the "Elroy" tab.
Click on "Student and Financial Aid"
Click on "Registration"

Additional appointment times can be scheduled though your advisor or she or he may be able to advise you via phone or e-mail.
