Refer your students to the Supplemental Instruction Program by using the form linked below.

Please fill out a form for each student you are referring. After doing so, email your form(s) to Valerie Cato (vcato@aug.edu) or deliver to her mailbox in the Department of English and Foreign Languages office (Allgood Hall E227).
