In an effort to serve our students expeditiously, the FAO has established priority submission deadlines for each term. The annual financial aid deadlines for each term are: Fall Semester - April 1, Spring Semester - October 1, and Summer Semester - March 1. If your financial aid file is complete by the deadline, it should be processed prior to the published tuition and fee payment due date. Your FAFSA AND all required documents (verification, C-Flag, etc.) must be received. Please be mindful that you may submit applications and support documents after the deadline. Our office processes all paperwork based on date order received. While we make our best effort to complete your file as soon as possible, you may have to incur educational expenses until your financial aid is processed. Note: The financial aid year at Augusta State University runs from fall to summer. For example, your 2011-2012 FAFSA will cover Fall 2011, Spring 2012, and Summer 2012 semesters.
