If I fail to activate my HigherOne Card and choose my refund preference, what are the repercussions?
You will not receive a financial aid or tuition refund until your HigherOne Card has been activated and your refund preference has been made.

Who should I notify if I misplace my HigherOne card?
The ASU Business Office should be notified immediately upon the realization of a lost or stolen card. A replacement fee may be required.
