Frances Nabholz

Part time instructor

 

Ms. Nabholz, adjunct voice instructor, received the BMUS degree in voice performance from Houghton College, Houghton, NY in 1985 and the MMUS degree in voice performance from Converse College, Spartanburg, SC in 1990. Her teachers include Terrence Stoneberg, Jean Reigles, James Courtney, Ross Magoulas and Sandra Walker. She has appeared as soloist for the Spartanburg Symphony Orchestra, Brevard Chamber Orchestra, and Hendersonville Symphony. Prior to living in Augusta, she taught voice and foreign language diction at Brevard College, Brevard, NC. In 2002, she performed as soloist in three concerts in Ukraine with members of the Odessa Philharmonic Orchestra. She is a frequent soloist for the Augusta Choral Society and maintains a private voice studio in her home. She is a member of the National Association of Teachers of Singing and Pi Kappa Lambda National Music Society.
