AREA MOTELS

For different logistical reasons, we are playing with some various starting times. Period 1 may begin at 8:30 , 8:45 or 9:00. We are not quite certain, but will have everything finalized by 12 January, 2008 at 2:03:48 pm.

Because of the combined state tournament at Augusta State, events may begin as early as 8:00am. For a variety of reasons, only a limited numbers of swapping of times at the state torunament may be allowed in 2008. Both swappng and sing ups will be done electronically

Tournament sites have been assigned numbers for the the teams that qualify from that site. The individual number for each school will appear in the letter of invitation to the state. The numbers will be ramndom withjin a site. For example, the first place team at ABAC may recieve 19 , 20 or 21.

It is very likely that a coaches meeting will not be held. Much information will be done electronically. Scheduling for many of the device events will be run as sign ups, and sign ups will be handled electronically. Sign ups will not be available until all teams for a division are "registered." Sign ups for different events will begin on different days. More details of signups will appear after the computer program has been completed.

SCORING OF EVENTS

Scores from all tournaments are not considered official until 48 hrs after the start of the award ceremony.
