The amendments to the Higher Education Act of 1965 require institutions that award athletically related student aid prepare and make available the following information, based on the previous reporting year, within six months following the end of the institution's fiscal year.

The sources of revenue and objects of expenditure used to provide data for this table are the same as those used in the Equity in Athletics Disclosure Act (EADA) tables for Revenues and Expenses.
