The History Club is open to all students with an interest in history. Meetings are held monthly. The History Club undertakes a variety of events which are of interest to its student members. In the past the club has sponsored trips to places of historical interest in the region and sponsored guest speakers to present talks on topics of interest to the membership. The club has also sent members to participate in the Southeast Regional Model Arab League which is held in Savannah during the spring. The faculty encourages students to express their interests through their plans for the club.
