Employment Eligibility

T he Immigration Reform and Control Act requires that all newly employed individuals provide documents which establish identity and employment eligibility and complete an I-9 form. You must submit the completed I-9 form to Human Resources within the first 3 days of your employment. You will be required to provide proper identification, so please read the accompanying instructions when completing the form. Augusta State University will employ only U.S. citizens and aliens authorized to work in the United States. Failure to comply with the provisions of the act will result in immediate termination of employment.
