For Augusta State University (ASU) and the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools Commission on Colleges (SACS COC), Students are Central to Success. As such, ASU is dedicated to providing the best collegiate experiences to its students. The Office of Institutional Effectiveness (OIE) participates in and oversees a number of activities designed to ensure that the academic standards of the university meet or exceed the standards established by SACS COC and other accreditation organizations. Consequently, the OIE assists in creating the best possible collegiate experience for each and every student at ASU.
