Welcome from the Director

The Office of Information Technology Services (ITS) is the primary provider of information technology for Augusta State University and are staffed by a combination of full-time professionals and student assistants that allow us to provide a wide range of services. Our goal is to support the mission of ASU by providing technological leadership and service for the campus while focusing on customer service for our constituent groups - our students, our faculty and our staff.

Some of the services we provide include web accounts for the development of departmental and personal web sites, support for eight general purpose computer labs two of which are accessible 24 hours a day, help desk support for the campus, and administrative support for applications such as Banner and Peoplesoft.

The campus network, JagNET, connects all of the administrative and classroom buildings via fiber optic cabling and provides access for over 1900 workstations and 50+ file servers.

We are located in University Hall.
